Infrastructure since 2006. AWS since 2017. 100% AWS since 2022.
Speedyrails was founded in Canada in 2006 as a managed hosting company. Today we're an AWS Advanced Tier Consulting Partner operating across America and Europe — and infrastructure is still the only thing we do.
Two decades on the rails.
Founded in Canada
Speedyrails starts as a managed hosting company, running production infrastructure for web applications.
We start working with AWS
As customers' needs outgrow traditional hosting, we begin building and operating on AWS.
AWS Partners
We join the AWS Partner Network and progressively shift our practice toward the platform.
Advanced Tier — and all in
We complete the migration of all our customers to AWS, achieve Advanced Tier status, and have been 100% focused on AWS ever since. Today our team holds 40+ certifications across every major AWS service area.
From funded startups to global enterprise software companies.
Our customers span America and Europe. What they have in common is that they needed a partner who would take infrastructure seriously, operate it reliably, and treat it as a genuine competitive advantage rather than a cost to be minimised.
How we operate.
Owned outcomes, not tickets
We don't close support tickets and move on. When something is wrong with your infrastructure, it's wrong with ours — we own the outcome, not just the response.
Infrastructure that belongs to you
Everything we build is in code, documented, and yours. If you ever bring operations in-house or switch providers, your infrastructure is fully portable. We've never held a customer's infrastructure hostage.
Honest advice
We'll tell you when something doesn't need to be built, when a simpler architecture is better, and when AWS isn't the right tool for a job. Long-term partnerships are built on trust, not on maximising engagement scope.
Expertise that runs deep
With 40+ AWS certifications across our team and three Service Delivery designations, we're in a small group of AWS partners globally validated for deep technical expertise. We invest heavily in keeping it that way.
