Everything we build is in code — Terraform and CloudFormation. If you ever bring operations in-house or switch providers, your infrastructure is fully documented and portable.
Transparent pricing
A monthly retainer covering your agreed scope, plus an hourly rate for work outside it. Everything is priced before work begins — the invoice never brings news.
Escalation access
As an Advanced Tier Partner, we have direct access to AWS Support and solution architect escalation paths that general partners don't. When you have a hard problem, we have routes to the people who can solve it.
How we charge.
We work on a monthly retainer that covers an agreed scope of services — monitoring, incident response, patching, cost reviews, and operational support. Additional work outside that scope (new feature builds, migrations, significant architecture changes) is billed at an agreed hourly rate.
This model aligns our incentives with yours. We're not incentivised to inflate your AWS bill — we're incentivised to run your environment efficiently, keep incidents low, and make your team's life easier.
Retainer scope and pricing depends on the complexity of your AWS environment. The Well-Architected Review is the best way to establish that baseline — book one and we'll have everything we need to propose a scope.
